LZ-R1 Polyhydroxy Acid High-Performance Water Reducer
LZ-RA1 Rut-Resistant Agent is a modified material developed based on the "rock asphalt combined with polymer modification" technology, designed to enhance the load-bearing capacity of asphalt pavements. It enables ordinary asphalt concrete to achieve a dynamic stability level of 10,000 cycles/mm or higher, meeting both domestic and international high-modulus asphalt concrete technical standards as well as all technical specifications outlined in the industry standard for "Rut-Resistant Agents."
LZ-HVA High-Viscosity Modifier
To promote the widespread adoption of permeable pavements in China, our company has independently developed LZ-HVA, a high-viscosity modifier specifically designed for drainage asphalt mixtures. This additive achieves an absolute viscosity dozens of times higher than that of conventional SBS-modified asphalt. Moreover, tailored to China's highway environments characterized by high temperatures and heavy traffic loads, it significantly enhances the pavement's resistance to rutting and aggregate loss, effectively overcoming both technical barriers and cost challenges that have previously hindered the large-scale implementation of drainage asphalt surfaces in our country.
LZ-RH Asphalt Warm-Mix Modifier
The LZ-RH asphalt warm-mix modifier is a warm-mix modification material prepared based on the principle of polyolefin-based technology, which leverages high-temperature lubrication to reduce viscosity and low-temperature lattice reinforcement for enhanced performance. It effectively lowers the high-temperature viscosity of asphalt binders, enabling construction temperatures for asphalt mixtures to be reduced by approximately 30°C—without compromising their performance. Additionally, this innovative material offers multiple advantages, including smoke suppression for environmental protection, significant mitigation of asphalt aging, extended construction seasons, and markedly improved compaction results.
