ZY-WS High-Performance Composite Mortar
High-performance composite mortar is a polymer-modified cement-based composite material, primarily composed of cement, polymer latex powder, mineral admixtures, crack-resistant fibers, and cement superplasticizers, among other ingredients.
ZY-JH Polymer Mortar
ZY-JH Polymer Mortar is a two-component cement-based composite material modified with polymer emulsion, primarily composed of cement, polymer emulsion, mineral admixtures, crack-resistant fibers, cement superplasticizer, aggregates, and more. It meets the technical requirements for polymer-modified cement mortar as specified in GB 50728 "Technical Specification for Safety Assessment of Engineering Structural Reinforcement Materials," GB 50367 "Code for Design of Concrete Structure Strengthening," and JTG/T J22 "Code for Design of Highway Bridge Strengthening."
ZY-J Interface Agent
ZY-J Concrete Interface Agent is a high-performance, two-component polymer-modified cement-based material, primarily composed of cement, polymer emulsion, mineral admixtures, cement superplasticizer, aggregates, and more. When in use, components A (solid) and B (liquid) are mixed together in a specific ratio. ZY-J leverages cutting-edge modification technologies currently available for cement-based composites, particularly integrating multiple advanced techniques designed to strengthen the concrete interface. This approach significantly enhances the transition zone at the bond between new and existing concrete, thereby improving the interfacial adhesion between the two materials.
