Hunan Luzhi New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Luzhi") is a new material technology company in the field of civil engineering. For nearly 20 years, it has been dedicated to the innovative research, development, and production of high-performance concrete admixtures, new road construction and pavement maintenance materials, and new materials for building structural concrete (such as impermeability and leak stopping, sealing and bonding, repair and reinforcement materials for concrete engineering). As a "National High-tech Enterprise", a "Specialized, Fine, Unique, and Innovative" enterprise in Hunan Province, a provincial-level technology center enterprise in Hunan Province, and a vice chairman unit of the Hunan Green Building Society, we have long been committed to the research, development, and innovation of new materials for civil engineering, continuously improving the technological level of engineering materials. Hunan Luzhi has established a comprehensive product supporting service system, including material research and development, production, and warehousing bases. It has an advanced standardized production base in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Lengshuijiang City, Hunan Province, covering an area of 15,000 square meters. The annual production capacity of admixtures includes 150,000 tons of PCE water reducers, 80,000 tons of accelerating agents, 100,000 tons of grouting materials, 10,000 tons of epoxy adhesive products, 150,000 tons of cement-based products, and over 10,000 tons of asphalt modifiers.
