Product Introduction

ZY-JH Polymer Mortar is a two-component cement-based composite material modified with polymer emulsion, primarily composed of cement, polymer emulsion, mineral admixtures, crack-resistant fibers, cement superplasticizer, aggregates, and more. It meets the technical requirements for polymer-modified cement mortar as specified in GB 50728 "Technical Specification for Safety Assessment of Engineering Structural Reinforcement Materials," GB 50367 "Code for Design of Concrete Structure Strengthening," and JTG/T J22 "Code for Design of Highway Bridge Strengthening."

Product Advantages

1. High strength, ultra-strong adhesion;

2. Non-shrinking and crack-resistant;

3. High durability, impermeable waterproofing, rust and corrosion resistance, and carbonation resistance;

4. Two product models are available—either for surface application or for grouting;

5. Easy to use—simply mix the two components according to the recommended ratio.
