Product Introduction
Underwater non-dispersive grouting material is a powder-type grout composed of water-soluble polymer compounds, surfactants, and other ingredients. It boasts excellent anti-dispersion properties and good fluidity, enabling self-leveling and self-compacting behavior for underwater concrete applications. This material effectively prevents the dispersion of cement and aggregates during underwater construction, while also ensuring that the surrounding water remains uncontaminated.

Applicable Conditions
Underwater non-dispersing grouting material is suitable for various underwater concrete projects, including bottom sealing of caissons, cofferdams, caissons, riprap grouting, casting of underwater continuous walls, leveling and filling of underwater foundations, as well as large-area underwater construction projects like RC slabs that require no construction joints. It’s also ideal for large-diameter bored piles, docks, dams, reservoir repairs, waterproofing and impact-resistant reinforcement of drainage outlets, underwater pile caps, seawall revetments, slope protection systems, pile sealing to stop leaks, and other challenging underwater concrete applications where conventional concrete is difficult to work with.
