Product Description

Product Introduction

ZL-T Coated Adhesive for Structural Bonding is a two-component modified epoxy resin-based structural adhesive, available in A and B formulations. It meets the technical requirements for Class A adhesives specified in both the "Technical Specification for Safety Assessment of Engineering Structural Reinforcement Materials" GB50728 and the "Highway Bridge Reinforcement Design Code" JTG/J22, and has successfully passed the national standard 90-day damp-heat aging performance test.

Product Advantages

1. High strength, strong bonding capability;

2. Anti-aging, with excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and water;

3. Offers a longer application period but cures quickly;

4. Highly resistant to impact, making it suitable for dynamic load reinforcement in structures like bridges;

5. Easy to use, non-toxic, prevents sagging during facade application, and exhibits minimal shrinkage during the curing process;

6. Components A and B have a significant color difference, but after thorough mixing, the resulting hue matches that of concrete.
