Product Description
Product Introduction
LZ-R1 Polycarboxylate High-Performance Water Reducer is a third-generation high-performance water-reducing agent designed for concrete and mortar applications. It delivers exceptional water-reducing effects, outstanding flowability, and also boasts superior cohesion and remarkable self-compacting performance.
Product Advantages
The LZ-R1 polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducer operates through different mechanisms. By adsorption on the surface, it creates a steric hindrance effect around cement particles, effectively blocking their temporary hydration. Its typical characteristics are as follows:
1. Exceptionally strong self-compacting performance, making it particularly suitable for producing self-compacting concrete;
2. Exceptionally strong water-reducing effect (leading to high-density and high-strength concrete);
3. Extremely high liquidity;
4. Enhance early strength development;
5. Improve shrinkage performance and creep resistance;
6. Reduce the carbonation rate of concrete;
7. It does not contain chloride ions or other components that could corrode reinforcing steel, making it suitable for unrestricted use in reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete.
