LZ-EM Concrete Expansive Agent

LZ-EM concrete expansion agent is a calcium sulfoaluminate-type concrete expander that contains no sodium salts, making it unlikely to trigger alkali-aggregate reactions in concrete. At the same time, it boasts excellent durability, stable expansion performance, and continuously increasing strength over time. Ordinary concrete, however, often suffers from shrinkage-induced cracking, leading to leakage issues that compromise both its functional performance and long-term durability.

Product Description

Product Introduction

LZ-EM concrete expansion agent is a calcium sulfoaluminate-type concrete expander that contains no sodium salts, making it unlikely to trigger alkali-aggregate reactions in concrete. At the same time, it boasts excellent durability, stable expansion performance, and continuously increasing strength over time. Ordinary concrete, however, often suffers from shrinkage-induced cracking, leading to leakage issues that compromise both its functional performance and long-term durability.

Product Advantages

1. Adding 8%-12% of LZ-EM concrete expansion agent directly into cement can produce shrinkage-compensating concrete, significantly enhancing the crack-resistant and waterproof capabilities of concrete structures.

2. External waterproofing work can be canceled, allowing for greater spacing between post-pour joints, thereby preventing temperature-induced cracks in mass concrete and high-strength concrete.

Applicable Conditions

1. High-strength highway pavements, bridge concrete decks, culverts, and more;

2. Prefabricated components, anchoring of frame structure joints, pipe connections, grouting materials for post-tensioned precast elements, backfilling of post-pour joints, and magma grouting materials;

3. Cement Products: Autostress, prestressed, and steel-cased prestressed concrete water pipes, floor slabs, columns, beam-columns, waterproof roof panels, and more;

4. Underground structures: such as subways, underground parking lots, underground warehouses, tunnels, mines, civil defense projects, and foundation pits, etc.;

5. Non-shrink grouting between the anchor bolts of mechanical equipment, the machine base, and the concrete foundation;

6. Self-waterproofing rigid roofs, mortar waterproofing layers, mortar moisture-proof layers, and more;

7. Protective mortar lining for cast iron and steel pipes.
