Product Description
Product Introduction
LZ-CGM high-strength, non-shrink grouting material is formulated with high-strength aggregates as the main component, cement as the binder, and supplemented with additives such as high fluidity agents, micro-expansion agents, and anti-segregation materials. When used on-site, simply add a specific amount of water, mix thoroughly, and it’s ready to apply. This grouting material boasts excellent self-leveling properties, along with rapid hardening, early strength development, superior durability, zero shrinkage, and minimal expansion. It is also non-toxic, harmless, resistant to aging, and completely free from pollution to both water quality and the surrounding environment. Additionally, it exhibits outstanding self-compaction capabilities and excellent corrosion resistance. From a construction perspective, this material offers numerous advantages: reliable performance, reduced costs, shorter project timelines, and ease of use. Most importantly, it fundamentally transforms the stress distribution beneath equipment bases, ensuring that the entire load from machinery is evenly transferred—thus perfectly meeting the installation requirements for a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment. As such, it stands out as the ideal grouting material for the era of no-pad installations.
Product Advantages
1. Early and High Strength: Achieves strengths of 30 MPa or higher within 1–3 days after pouring, reducing construction time;
2. Self-leveling: Simply add water and mix on-site, then pour directly into the equipment foundation—no need for vibration during construction as the mortar flows on its own.
3. Micro-expansion: The cast material exhibits no shrinkage during long-term use, ensuring tight contact between the equipment and its foundation, as well as preventing shrinkage between foundations. Additionally, appropriate expansion compressive stress guarantees the equipment’s safe and reliable operation over an extended period.
4. Oil-Resistant Sealing: After being immersed in engine oil for 30 days, its strength increases by more than 10%, resulting in a dense, compact, and highly resistant material that effectively withstands oil contamination while remaining environmentally friendly.
5. Durability: Passed a 2-million-cycle fatigue test, with no significant change in strength after 50 freeze-thaw cycle tests in harsh environmental conditions.
6. Excellent weather resistance: Safe for long-term use from -40°C to 600°C;
7. Low-Alkali Corrosion Resistance: Strictly controls the alkali content of raw materials, making it suitable for projects where alkali-aggregate reactions require inhibition.
Applicable Conditions
1. Primary and secondary grouting of equipment foundations for devices requiring high-precision installation;
2. Reinforcement planting and anchoring of anchor rods in construction, geotechnical engineering, and railway sleeper anchoring work;
3. Structural reinforcement and renovation works: casting at beam-column joints, expansion joints, and construction joints;
4. Used for emergency repairs and construction of roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, and more;
5. Column wet wrapping with steel reinforcement is used to fill the gaps between the angle steel and the column.
