Product Introduction
LZ-AF1 non-alkali liquid accelerant is a concrete additive used in shotcrete applications; it is a non-alkaline, colorless to pale-white composite liquid made from inorganic salts.
Product Advantages
1. When added in low amounts (6% to 9% of cement weight), the cement concrete sets and hardens rapidly, with a short interval between initial and final setting.
2. Exhibits excellent compatibility with cement; when added at a dosage ranging from 6% to 9% by cement weight, it meets the standard performance criteria and requirements specified in both "GB/T35159-2017 Admixture for Shotcrete" and ASTM C1141/C1141M-08 Standard Specification for Admixture for Shotcrete.
3. Concrete exhibits high early strength; the flexural strength of mortar specimens can exceed 7 MPa. Moreover, its later strength continues to increase rather than decline, with the 28-day strength ratio reaching over 90%, and the 90-day compressive strength retention rate remaining at 100%.
4. It has no adverse effect on the durability of concrete, as the alkali-free rapid-setting agent contains no alkaline substances, significantly reducing the damaging impact on concrete caused by the introduction of alkalis, such as alkali-aggregate reaction. At the same time, the chloride (C1-) content is strictly controlled to prevent corrosion of reinforcing steel.
5. The spraying process generates no dust and minimizes rebound, thereby protecting the health of construction workers and reducing material waste.
6. Hardened concrete exhibits excellent compactness and impermeability, making it suitable for formulating high-strength shotcrete.

Applicable Conditions
1. Underground Engineering: Shotcrete lining and support for mine roadways, transportation tunnels, hydraulic tunnels, subway systems, and various types of underground chambers (such as underground power stations and warehouses).
2. Rock Engineering: Retaining walls for slopes, excavations, reservoirs, embankments, canals, and ponds, among other projects;
3. Repair and Strengthening Works: Strengthening of bridges, seawalls, dams, piers, cooling towers, chimneys, and building structures; as well as repairing architectural structures damaged by chemical corrosion in lakeside environments, fire, earthquakes, blast-induced overloads, or poor construction practices.
