Grouting material, grouting mortar

Qianshan S241 Reconstruction Project

The Qianshan Highway Project starts near the southern exit of the G35 Ji-Guang Expressway in Qianshan, then heads northwest to pass under the Hefei-Anqing-Jiujiang High-Speed Railway. After passing through the Guidian Industrial Park, the project uses a continuous beam bridge measuring (40+70+40) meters to span over the G50 Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway. The project ends at the intersection with the newly constructed G105 highway. The total length of the route is 6.541 km, classified as a Class-I highway, with 3.688 km (from K0+000 to K3+688.25) designated as the highway section, 3.592 km (from K3+688.25 to K6+270.469) as the municipal section, and 0.27 km (from LK+000 to LK0+270.068) as the expressway connector. This contract section includes a total of four newly built bridges, including one large bridge and three medium-sized bridges.

Changjin Reconstruction and Expansion Project, Section 3

This section is the SSZ3 section of the Changfu to Jinyushi (Gan-Xiang Border) reconstruction and expansion project on the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway. Its starting and ending points are from K954+100 to K990+052.935 (including the corresponding connecting ramps), with a mainline length of 35.956 km. The project is located in Luxi County, Pingxiang City (including the Luxi Interchange), and passes through Luxi County, Anyuan District, Shangli County, the Pingxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Xiangdong District, ultimately terminating at the Gan-Xiang provincial boundary in Heyao Town, Xiangdong District, Pingxiang City. The project includes 4,247.28 meters of bridges spanning 11 structures, 345.62 meters of medium-sized bridges spanning 7 structures, 52 culverts, one newly constructed tunnel measuring 161 meters, and one existing tunnel measuring 185 meters that has been repaired and reinforced for continued use. Additionally, there are four grade-separated interchanges, 1545 meters of separated flyovers comprising 21 structures, 70 pedestrian underpasses, 9 overpasses, and one service area.

Zile Expressway Project

The TJ4 section of the Zile Expressway has a civil engineering start and end mileage ranging from K43+673 to K54+687, with a total length of 11.014 km. This section is located within Renshou County, starting 600 meters from the downstream end of the Dujia Mountain No. 2 Bridge in Wangyang Town, Renshou County, and ending at the terminus of the Qinle Village Bridge in Zhangjia Town, Renshou County. The entire route is constructed to the standard of a six-lane, two-way expressway with a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour and a subgrade width of 34 meters.

The project mainly includes 6.41 km of roadbed, 20 bridges, 28 culverts (including pedestrian passages), and one interchange (Zhangjia Interchange). The pavement and traffic safety engineering spans from K43+673 to K69+700, with a construction length of 26.027 km. The total estimated cost is approximately 1.77 billion yuan.
