The scope of this project is located at the center of the Nan Shui Bei Diao Bridge, part of the urban infrastructure upgrade and renovation project in the northern district of Shijiazhuang City. Our company is responsible for the pavement construction and material supply for the steel box girder bridge deck of the fifth span of the Nan Shui Bei Diao Bridge. The project officially commenced on September 8 and was smoothly completed on September 15, with a total construction period of 8 days. Given the tight schedule and heavy workload, our team immediately organized and arranged resources efficiently upon receiving the task. We clearly defined objectives, made full use of available resources, meticulously planned the sequence of operations, and developed a detailed project schedule. Moreover, we proactively formulated response measures and contingency plans to address potential issues and risks. Thanks to the team’s close collaboration and efficient communication, we effectively managed the project schedule and ultimately completed the construction tasks on time, ensuring both quality and quantity as required.
This steel bridge deck paving construction project The successful completion of the project has enabled our company to accumulate valuable on-site operation and maintenance experience in tackling special pavement construction projects characterized by "high intensity, short construction periods, new technologies, and unprecedented challenges."
