On July 29, the company held its 2023 First-Half Production and Operation Work Conference. The meeting summarized the company’s production and operation performance for the first half of the year, analyzed existing problems and their root causes, and, in light of the company’s “32151” development plan, laid out key priorities for the second half of the year as well as phased tasks for the company’s strategic development. The conference served as a renewed mobilization and re-deployment effort aimed at fully achieving the annual targets and the three-year strategic development goals. Company management, regional managers, and department managers from all divisions attended the meeting.
In the first half of the year, we earnestly implemented the decisions and deployments of the company’s headquarters. With the joint efforts of all employees, the company’s key business indicators have steadily grown. In particular, we’ve achieved breakthroughs in business development—new contracts signed in the first half of the year totaled 125 million yuan, an 81% increase compared to the same period last year. These results are truly encouraging. The meeting was chaired by Wen Yanlong, the company’s general manager. He began by expressing heartfelt gratitude to all employees for their hard work and recognizing their outstanding achievements over the past six months. The heads of various regional divisions and departments each reported on their work achievements over the past six months as well as the issues that have arisen, and proposed plans for improvement and optimization. Everyone actively participated in the discussion, offering many valuable insights and suggestions that will help enhance the efficiency of work across all regional divisions and departments. General Manager Wen Yanlong delivered a work summary report for the first half of the year, comprehensively analyzing the problems and shortcomings encountered during the first half and putting forward constructive suggestions and measures. Based on the market situation and the company’s actual conditions, and in alignment with the company’s “32151” development plan, he made a comprehensive deployment for the second half of the year, thereby creating favorable conditions for the smooth implementation of the company’s work in the second half.
The company’s chairman delivered a work report titled “Fully Enhancing the Company’s Institutionalized, Planned, Standardized, and Efficient Management; Strictly Controlling Operational Risks; Improving Work Efficiency; and Laying a Solid Foundation for the Company’s Rapid Development.” The report called on all departments of the company to refine their management systems, enhance execution capabilities, strictly enforce management standards, conduct rigorous performance evaluations, and continuously boost everyone’s work enthusiasm. It also set higher standards for quality control of products and the improvement of technical services, urging everyone to rigorously implement the company’s working principles—“Quality First, Customer Supreme, Integrity-Based, and Innovation-Driven”—and to strive relentlessly to enhance customer satisfaction. The report further emphasized the need to step up R&D efforts, build core technologies and products, elevate the company’s overall technological level, and bolster its confidence and competitiveness in the market. Additionally, it stressed the importance of strengthening industry exchanges, actively participating in cooperation and interactions with industry associations, and expanding the company’s influence within the industry.
