Lu Zhi News Flash
In the golden autumn of October, we joyfully welcome a bountiful harvest. Recently, our company’s various regions have successively reported good news: the G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway Leiyi Expressway Expansion Project by China Construction Fifth Bureau, the Baise North Ring Road Project by China Communications Construction First Navigation Bureau Third Company, the Lixian Expressway Project by China Railway Sixth Bureau, and the Qitai East Expressway Project by Hubei Road & Bridge Qiaosheng Industry & Trade Co., Ltd.—a total of four admixture projects have been awarded to our company.
Leiyi Expressway Expansion Project
The Laiyi Expansion Project refers to the expansion of the G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, specifically the section from Dayi in Leiyang to Yizhang (the Hunan-Guangdong border). The entire route will be constructed to expressway standards, expanding from four lanes in each direction to eight lanes in each direction. Of this, the Hengyang section spans 34 kilometers, with a total investment of 5.1 billion yuan. This project is an expansion that leverages an existing road segment, which was opened to traffic at the end of 2001 and has a length of approximately 144 kilometers.

Baise North Ring Road Project
The northern ring road of the Baise City North-South Transit Highway starts near the northern side of Namanzhen Town, Tianyang District, Baise City. It connects to the Guangkun Expressway via a T-shaped interchange. The route runs from southeast to northwest and intersects with the already completed and open Longbai Expressway. The total length of the northern ring road is 53.456 kilometers. It is designed as a four-lane dual-carriageway expressway with a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour.

Lixian Expressway Project
The Lichuan to Xianfeng Expressway starts west of Lichuan’s urban area at Tian’e Chi, where it intersects with the already-built Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway. It also intersects with the Enqian Expressway and connects to the under-construction Xuan-Xian Expressway. The main route of the project is approximately 85.4 kilometers long. The main line is designed to meet the standards for a four-lane双向 expressway, with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour.

Qitai East Expressway Project
The Qitai East Expressway is an inter-provincial expressway connecting Qichun County in Hubei Province to Taihu County in Anhui Province. The construction of the Qitai Expressway is of great significance for optimizing the layout of the regional expressway network, alleviating traffic pressure on the shared sections of the Fuyin and Huyu Expressways, strengthening connectivity between the Wuhan Metropolitan Area and the Wanjiang Urban Belt, and promoting regional resource development and industrial collaboration.
