Product Introduction
ZY-A grouting material is a non-shrinking, high-strength, highly self-leveling cement-based composite material, primarily composed of high-strength cement, mineral admixtures, cement superplasticizers, aggregates, and other functional additives.
Product Advantages
1. High fluidity, allowing self-leveling and dense compaction;
2. High cohesiveness and water retention, with no surface bleeding during hardening;
3. The curing process is shrinkage-free;
4. High resistance, suitable for track slab installation;
5. The hardening process is non-shrinking and exhibits a slight expansion effect;
6. High bond strength, with excellent adhesion to existing concrete and strong gripping force on reinforcing bars;
7. High strength, early strength—maximum strength can reach up to 100 MPa;
8. Easy and simple to construct—just add water at the construction site and mix thoroughly.
