Product Introduction

ZY-W Non-Shrinkage Self-Leveling Dense Concrete Admixture is a non-shrinking, high-strength, vibration-free cement concrete admixture, primarily composed of cement superplasticizer, thickening and water-retention agent, high-performance mineral admixtures, water-reducing agent, and other functional additives. It is a distinctive product developed by Luzhi to address the shortcomings in cost and performance of grouting materials used in structural reinforcement projects.

 

Product Advantages

1. High fluidity ensures that concrete can flow and compact itself into shape;

2. High cohesiveness ensures that concrete does not segregate during both flow and placement.

3. High water retention, ensuring no bleeding occurs on the concrete surface during the hardening process;

4. High strength (maximum strength up to 100 Pa), high frost resistance, and excellent impermeability;

5. The hardening process is non-shrinking and exhibits a slight expansion effect;

6. Exhibits high bonding strength with existing concrete, eliminating the inconvenience of construction caused by the use of interface agents;

7. Resistant to chloride ion corrosion, with excellent rust-inhibiting capability;

8. The condensation and hardening process exhibits strong resistance to vibration disturbances, allowing traffic-free construction during reinforcement of highway and railway bridges, among other applications.

9. Contains coarse aggregate and has adjustable strength, with performance consistent with the reinforced concrete;

10. More economical than grouting materials.
