ZL-P Splice Beam Adhesive

Bridge prefabrication and segmental assembly construction technology offers several advantages, including minimal impact on surrounding traffic, low requirements for the construction site's location, and significantly shorter construction timelines. This method essentially enables scaffold-free construction, ensures no disruption to existing traffic, and enhances the overall level of civilized construction practices—making it a key development direction in bridge engineering. It is particularly well-suited for constructing urban bridges that demand extremely high environmental standards. Among the critical processes involved are segment lifting and adhesive bonding for seamless assembly.

Product Introduction

Bridge prefabrication and segmental assembly construction technology offers several advantages, including minimal impact on the surrounding environment and traffic, low requirements for the construction site's location, and short construction timelines. This method essentially enables scaffold-free construction, ensures no disruption to existing traffic, and enhances the level of civilized construction practices—making it a key development direction in bridge engineering. It is particularly well-suited for constructing urban bridges where environmental standards are exceptionally stringent. Among the critical processes involved are segment lifting and adhesive bonding for seamless assembly.

ZL-P Concrete Precast Segmental Assembled Construction Joint Adhesive (Cantilever Bridge Girder Structure Adhesive) is a high-thixotropic, high-strength adhesive composed of two components—A and B—based on modified epoxy resin. It is formulated with a blend of various organic and inorganic modifiers, specifically designed for bonding joints in the upward-type bridge girder erection process, including the precast segmental cantilever assembly and suspended construction techniques.

Product Advantages

1. High strength, high elastic modulus, low creep, and resistant to water and corrosion;

2. Highly thixotropic paste-like material, easy to stir and apply—no sagging or dripping!

3. Easy to compact, the adhesive bell is waterproof and exhibits strong bonding ability with concrete, effectively transferring loads; it is minimally affected by construction climate conditions, allowing for application on damp surfaces and even in low-temperature environments—plus, its bond strength actually increases under dry conditions.

4. The adhesive has a long working time, yet it cures quickly with rapid strength development, hardly affecting the prestress tensioning process.

5. Components A and B have significant color differences, making it easy to observe how evenly they are mixed; after blending, the resulting color matches that of concrete.

6. Exhibits excellent wettability with concrete, eliminating the need for rigorous treatment of the bonding surface;

7. Exhibits a certain degree of self-lubrication before curing, allowing the bonded surfaces to easily achieve tight contact, ensuring that the adhesive joint remains watertight and preventing corrosion of the reinforcing steel.

8. Excellent cutting performance, fatigue resistance, impact tolerance, and safe, non-toxic to use.
