ZL-RX Toughened Epoxy Concrete
ZL-RX high-toughness concrete is a high-toughness, solvent-free adhesive composed of a modified epoxy-based three-component system. Components A and B are respectively an elastic epoxy resin and a curing agent, while Component C consists of special aggregates. ZL-RX is primarily used for the rapid repair of damaged expansion joint protection strips in concrete pavements, as well as for patching pavement potholes and addressing thin-layer surface defects.

Product Description
Product Introduction
ZL-RX high-toughness concrete is a high-performance, solvent-free adhesive composed of a modified epoxy-based three-component system. Components A and B are respectively an elastic epoxy resin and a curing agent, while Component C consists of specialized aggregates. ZL-RX is primarily used for the rapid repair of damaged expansion joint protection strips in concrete pavements, as well as for patching pavement potholes and addressing thin-layer surface defects.
Product Advantages
1. Possesses exceptionally high impact toughness, with an impact resistance more than 100 times greater than that of high-strength cement mortar;
2. Exhibits exceptional bonding ability, capable of adhering to materials such as steel, concrete, rock, glass, wood, and asphalt;
3. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties, with tensile strength and bond strength exceeding the inherent strength of concrete itself.
4. Exhibits excellent anti-aging properties and resistance to various media (such as acids, bases, salts, and water);
5. Curing conditions are flexible, eliminating the need for large construction equipment;
6. Exhibits excellent compatibility with the substrate and maintains a color nearly identical to that of cement concrete.

Applicable Conditions
Bridge expansion joint protection strips made of high-impact, wear-resistant, elastic concrete for rapid repair construction; patching and repairing potholes and damages on cement concrete pavements; preparing other specialized tough epoxy resin concretes (mortars) requiring high impact resistance for use with ZL-G structural grouting adhesive—specifically during the process of grouting and bonding steel plates, sealing surrounding gaps.
