Product Introduction

LZ-MC lignin fiber is an organic fiber derived from natural wood through chemical treatment, and it enjoys the widest range of applications. LZ-MC lignin fiber is available in two models: flocculent (MCF) and granular (MCP).

Usage scenarios and performance advantages

1. Used for SMA asphalt pavements: exhibits excellent oil absorption, forming a viscous asphalt mastic that further supports the skeletal strength of SMA, enhancing high-temperature stability and increasing asphalt film thickness, while also delivering outstanding resistance to aging and fatigue performance.

2. Used in OGFC drainage asphalt mixtures: reduces asphalt bleeding, increases asphalt film thickness and viscosity, thereby preventing the most common issues of OGFC—such as flying aggregate and particle loss—and extending the service life of drainage pavements.

3. Used in AC/SUP asphalt mixtures: provides reinforcement, enhances adhesion, and improves the high- and low-temperature performance as well as water stability of the mixture;

4. Under the microscope, the fibrous microstructure appears banded, curved, and porous, exhibiting excellent toughness, dispersibility, and chemical stability, with strong oil-absorbing capacity and outstanding thickening and crack-resistant properties.

5. Convenient for transportation, storage, and application, and it does not float in the mixing drum, ensuring more uniform blending;

6. Simple and universal, with low costs.
