Silane impregnation products are colorless, transparent liquid formulations of high-purity isobutyl triethoxysilane, with the molecular chemical formula: (CH3)2CHCH2Si(OEt)3.

 

Product Advantages

1. Excellent chemical resistance (waterproof, C- resistant, UV-resistant), weatherability, abrasion resistance, and stain resistance, with self-cleaning properties while maintaining the breathability of concrete;

2. Excellent penetration depth—after the product is applied to the substrate, it penetrates deep into the material, reaching depths of up to 2–10 mm.

3. Only a small coating amount is needed to achieve excellent protective performance;

4. Maintaining the natural appearance of concrete, the protected substrate is as if clad in a waterproof, breathable, invisible bulletproof vest—with excellent water-repellent properties.

5. Significantly reduce the water absorption rate of concrete capillaries;

6. Alkaline environments, such as freshly poured concrete, can stimulate this reaction and accelerate the formation of the water-repellent layer.
