Silane impregnation products are colorless, transparent liquid formulations of high-purity isobutyl triethoxysilane, with the molecular chemical formula: (CH3)2CHCH2Si(OEt)3.
Product Advantages
1. Excellent chemical resistance (waterproof, C- resistant, UV-resistant), weatherability, abrasion resistance, and stain resistance, with self-cleaning properties while maintaining the breathability of concrete;
2. Excellent penetration depth—after the product is applied to the substrate, it penetrates deep into the material, reaching depths of up to 2–10 mm.
3. Only a small coating amount is needed to achieve excellent protective performance;
4. Maintaining the natural appearance of concrete, the protected substrate is as if clad in a waterproof, breathable, invisible bulletproof vest—with excellent water-repellent properties.
5. Significantly reduce the water absorption rate of concrete capillaries;
6. Alkaline environments, such as freshly poured concrete, can stimulate this reaction and accelerate the formation of the water-repellent layer.

This ensures effective protection against degradation caused by water penetration, sunlight exposure, acid rain, and seawater erosion—preventing issues such as corrosion, loosening, flaking, and mold growth in both the concrete substrate and its internal steel reinforcement structures, thereby significantly extending the service life of buildings.
