Gathering Momentum for Collaborative Growth, Smartly Linking the World | Hunan Road Intelligence Joins Forces with China Construction Eighth Bureau, Changli Alumni Association, and African Business Partners for a Joint Inspection Trip
2025-06-30
In March 2025, Hunan Luzhi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. welcomed three major strategic partners— Leadership Team of China Construction Eighth Bureau 、 Changsha University of Science and Technology Alumni Association Expert Panel And and Africa Business partner Visit in batches. The tripartite inspection teams will depart separately from... Major Engineering Applications 、 Industry-University-Research Collaboration 、 Expanding into overseas markets From three key dimensions, we conducted on-site visits to Luzhi’s Changsha Materials Laboratory, its headquarters office area, and the Lengshuijiang Smart Factory, jointly exploring innovative approaches to concrete admixture technology and pathways for industrial upgrading. Living in an era of innovation and transformation, we remain at the forefront of both technological advancement and environmental protection, committed to unlocking the limitless potential of materials technology. The successful completion of this new materials enterprise certification assessment not only recognizes our company’s relentless efforts in the field of new materials R&D but also serves as a high-level endorsement of our unwavering commitment to technological innovation and our role in driving industry progress. Behind every honor lies the collective wisdom and hard work of our company team—the result of countless experiments and breakthroughs.
1. China Construction Eighth Bureau: Focusing on project implementation and demonstrating robust delivery capabilities.
As a leading domestic infrastructure enterprise, the team from China Construction Eighth Bureau is focusing its key inspections on... Materials Laboratory and Cold Water River Factory’s Production Capacity and Quality Control System :

Before the 60,000-ton-per-year admixture production line, the factory director gave a demonstration. DCS Central Control System The production line features end-to-end automation—from raw material input to finished-product filling—ensuring that the product error rate is below 0.3%. Designed with a fully enclosed structure, this line incorporates waste heat recovery and wastewater recycling technologies, enabling annual carbon dioxide reductions of over 1,000 tons. This aligns perfectly with China Construction Eighth Bureau’s high standards in green construction.

In response to the requirements of a certain cross-sea bridge project undertaken by China Construction, the technical team made on-site adjustments and deployments. High-Performance Water-Reducing Admixture with High Impermeability Within one hour, six indicators—including concrete slump and compressive strength—were verified. Simultaneously, the laboratory simulated a high-salt-mist marine environment; the data showed that the concrete’s resistance to chloride ion penetration improved by 40% after 28 days, providing crucial assurance for the project’s durability.

2. Changsha University of Science and Technology Alumni Association: Integrating Industry, Academia, and Research to Activate the Innovation Gene
A technical delegation composed of professors from the School of Materials at Changli University and representatives from alumni-owned enterprises engaged in an in-depth dialogue. Frontier R&D in the Materials Laboratory :

Before the formulation simulation platform, alumni association experts participated. Intelligent Compensation Algorithm for Silt Content in Sand and Gravel Field testing. By importing data from 20 sand and gravel samples collected in Hunan Province, the R&D efficiency was improved by 80% compared to conventional methods. This technology has already been applied to a high-speed rail project in Hunan, effectively addressing the issue of unstable concrete strength caused by fluctuations in the silt content of local sand and gravel.

Laboratory demonstration Low-Carbon Concrete Joint R&D Achievements The composite admixture prepared using industrial solid waste can reduce concrete carbon emissions by 25% while cutting costs by 15%. Both the university and the enterprise plan to jointly apply for a provincial-level science and technology special project to promote the large-scale application of this technology within Hunan Province.

At Development of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Masterbatch Focus on tackling the challenge of low-temperature storage stability of the mother liquor and expanding into markets in the frigid northern regions.

3. African Partners: Localized Adaptation, Paving New Paths for Global Expansion
Partners from the African initiative, with a focus on Product Adaptability to Tropical Climates and Investment Cooperation Models :

African representatives visit the Lengshuijiang factory. Modular production line Highly recognizes the “overall equipment export + localized operations” model. Luzhi proposed providing a sub-assembly base for Tanzania. Turnkey project The services—including equipment installation and commissioning, training for the local technical team, and sharing of formulation databases—help our African partners achieve independent production.
In response to differences in market standards across African regions, Luzhi announced the launch of... Material Performance Localization Certification Program In collaboration with the Testing Center of Changsha University of Science and Technology, we provide third-party testing reports compliant with the EU EN 934 standard for African customers, thereby accelerating the product approval process.
One inspection, three-part sonata! Hunan Road Zhizheng adopts an open approach to connect the entire ecosystem—government, industry, academia, research, and application—ensuring that every gram of admixture carries the power of innovation and helps China’s intelligent manufacturing step onto the global stage!
